If you don’t ask, you’ll never know ...

And if you can’t find the answer to you question here please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

How does the design process work?

Most design projects follow similar steps:

  1. After a quick chat by phone or email to discuss your needs we’ll send you a design brief to fill out. This will tell us what you want to achieve with your design and maybe help you come up with or solidify some ideas and thoughts of your own.
  2. We’ll then call you up to discuss the elements of the design brief and outline a few possible options.
  3. We get our heads down and come up with a few designs based on your design brief.
  4. You choose which design you like the most and we tweak it until you are 100% happy with the final product
  5. The design is finished! It’s all yours now to do with what you will. We’ll supply the final product in a variety of formats depending on anticipated use in the future. If it needs printing we can print it ourselves or you can organise it separately if you prefer.

What logo files do I receive?

Once your logo is completed we will provide your logo in a variety of formats. These will cover all likely uses for you logo for both print and web. This includes both a Black & White as well as a Coloured version. We are also happy to supply the design files upon request so you have them at hand if you need them for any reason in the future.

What can I have on my design?

Anything you like! If you have a logo or specific images you want to include it's no problem. Colours, patterns, textures, the sky's the limit.

When will I get my product?

The design stage, which includes collaboration with you, on average takes 1-3 weeks. After that printing is usually completed within 1-2 weeks.

What about future reprints?

Since we already have the design worked out, we simply send it off to the printer again and you should have your product within 1-2 weeks. There are no added costs unless you want to tweak or change any aspect of the layout in which case we charge at our hourly rate.

Can I have an unusual-sized business/rack card or product?

These days anything goes. There is always the possibility to print to any size or on any material, but this naturally costs more than a standard product. Our quoted prices are only for standard DL sized rack cards, and common sizes of business cards.

What stock do you use?

We have a variety of different card stock available to suit any requirement. Our standard business cards are printed on a very sturdy 400gsm silk art board with a really beautiful finish. The rack cards are on a slightly thinner 300gsm stock but still with a rich silk finish.
